Our merchant support services are offered through our Oyivo subsidiary. We have four principal merchant support services, all of which are intended to help businesses sell their products. We describe these briefly below.

Oyivo Logistics is a core component of our merchant service offerings. It is an order fulfillment service for companies looking to enter the US market (and other markets that we serve) while maintaining control of their marketing function. For a relatively small fee, companies outside of the US may ship their products to our warehouse. When they receive orders from their customers (typically through a web site or other sales outlet), the order is routed to our warehouse (in the US, say) and the product ships from our warehouse to the customer. In effect, this service enables companies that are NOT located in the US to serve customers in the US at minimal cost. The service also provides assistance with setting up the e-commerce platform, billing, merchandise returns, etc. It also provides assistance with direct mail and internet marketing. Oyivo Exchange is our primary retail platform. It focuses  on food, health & beauty products. High quality products developed by Export Path and other Vertical Optimization clients are offered here for sale to the public. Products offered on this site benefit from the online sales and marketing services offered by Vertical Optimization and our subsidiary group, Digital Threshold. Interested merchants may present their products for evaluation and potential inclusion on the site. Our offerings on Oyivo Exchange are typically healthy and natural products, that appeal to discerning AND price-conscious customers.

Oyivo Specialty Gifts focuses exclusively on custom-made items. We offer custom-crafted items for wedding, events, corporate gifts, personal gifts, and special occasions. Our offerings here include custom-woven cloth for weddings, custom-labeled foods (e.g. wines) for special ceremonies, custom-made interiors (e.g. mats & cloth with handwoven names or logos) for homes, offices and events.

Oyivo Direct is our wholesale service. We provide wholesale marketing services to support our customers enetering the North American market (primarily). Oyivo Direct provides buyer engagement and bulk/wholesale product marketing services. The primary focus areas are: food, health & beauty, and agricultural products.
