The Financial Analyst assists the Business Development Specialist to analyze and address the business development needs of clients. This person is part of the Financial Analytics & Structured Transactions (FAST) function. This individual has the following responsibilities:
- Analyze financial and organizational information to forecast business, industry and economic conditions to assist business development clients.
- Interpret data concerning price, yield, stability and future trends in investment risks and economic influences pertinent to business development.
- Gather information such as industry, regulatory, and economic information, company financial statements, financial periodicals and newspapers.
- Perform quantitative analyses including NPV, real options pricing and similar risk management analyses.
- Provide modeling and simulation support to the FAST team by developing models in EXCEL and similar computational tools.
- Thoroughly evaluate financial needs of clients against available financial products and services.
- Analyze company portfolios, business plans and financials to identify arbitrage and investment opportunities.
- Provide asset valuation and risk analytics support to clients and to the company.
- Develop strategies for managing risk while assisting companies with their business development needs.
- Maintain current knowledge of macoreconomic trends, industry developments and emerging opportunities so as to provide up-to-date business development assistance to clients.

| Industrial Engineer/Operations Research Specialist

The Operations Research Specialist provides technical leadership to the Productivity & Enterprise Services Group. This individual is charged with developing solutions that help companies reduce their cost and improve productivity. This individual has the following responsibilities:
- Develop internal competence in the Six Sigma methodology.
- Educate prospective clients in the benefits of the Six Sigma methodology.
- Deploy effective productivity improvement solutions in companies using the Six Sigma methodology.
- Provide statistical and computational decision-support services to internal and external clients.
- Assist clients with problems on how best to allocate resources, measure performance, schedule, design production facilities and systems, manage the supply chain, set prices, coordinate transportation and distribution, or analyze large databases.
- Provide process modeling and simulation support to clients to improve decision making.
- Lead the company's training and business education effort around productivity improvement and enterprise development including QADMIUM, our productivity improvement/CRM platform.
- Oversee the deployment of productivity improvement disciplines in client companies.
- Drive the awareness amongst clients for the need to adopt effective productivity improvement disciplines.
- Interact with clients to develop ongoing relationships around our productivity improvement services.
