There are many instances in which a cli­ent needs object­ive eval­u­ation of a product or ser­vice (either as a buyer or as a seller). In a typ­ical case, the cli­ent may be look­ing to enter a new mar­ket and needs tech­nical eval­u­ation of the product for reg­u­lat­ory com­pli­ance, qual­ity & stand­ards cer­ti­fic­a­tion, or con­sumer interest.
